4-week Hand-building 101 Course

Beginner course that solely focuses on hand-building techniques. Students will learn about the process of clay and how to use their imagination, creativity, and hands to create physical forms through the medium of clay. They will also learn the basics of glazing.

Produced products will include a pinch pot, a small-scale sculpture form, a marbled plate or bowl, and a mug.

4-Week Hand-building 102 Course

An intermediate course that focuses on refining students' current hand-building techniques while learning new ones. They will learn various techniques to build functional and non-functional forms and enhanced glazing techniques.

Produced products will include a candle holder, large-scale sculpture form, mug, plate, and bowl.

4-Week Throwing 101 Course

Beginner course that covers the basics of throwing on the wheel. Students will learn the process of clay, throwing, trimming, and glazing.

Produced products will include a cylinder, mug, and bowl.

4-Week Throwing 102 Course

An intermediate course covers enhanced wheel shaping techniques, trimming, and brush-on glazing techniques.

Produced products will include a vessel, large-scale bowl, and jar.
